Bianca Chatfield

Travels From:
Melbourne

Fee Range: E

Bianca was one of the youngest players ever to have to debuted for the Australian Diamonds at the age of only 18. She made a name for herself on the court as one of the toughest defenders in the country, and as one of the most respected leaders in womens sport.

Bianca is passionate about sharing all the valuable experiences and lessons she has learnt through being an elite athlete for the past 17 years. Whether that be through netball coaching, speaking engagements, running leadership workshops, or media commitments.

Since retiring from playing netball at an elite level in 2015, her career has grown from strength to strength. Bianca splits her time combing her passion for netball and sport with her desire to educate and inspire young women on the topics including personal development and leadership.

Bianca, together with Victoria University Sport, has developed a Sport Development Academy whereby Bianca provides high performance netball coaching to a group of young women who share the desire of playing netball on the elite level. Bianca is also working on a Diploma Program to compliment this. In addition to this, Bianca runs a series of Netball Clinics catering for various age groups in partnership with Chemist Warehouse (whom she is also an ambassador for).

In 2014 Bianca founded 'The Ignition Project' which is an online leadership and personal development course for women and young girls. As an extension of this, Bianca will launch her first book this year called "Game On" which will also seek to empower women to be the best they can be.

Bianca provides special comments and sideline commentary for the ANZ Championships on Fox Sports, and opinion pieces for the Herald Sun newspaper.

Bianca has various corporate ambassadorships and allegiances with brands such as Chemist Warehouse, Melbourne Renegades, Victoria University Sport and Ringwood Mazda.
