A media professional with extensive experience, Tritia Evans enjoyed a career in broadcasting and online content production with 666 ABC Canberra - from reporting and producing, to management. As well as producing content for radio and online, Tritia was trained in television presentation.

Prior to the ABC, Tritia managed Media and Public Relations at the Australian Institute of Sport and worked in the Main Press Center for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. This experience followed a successful career as a journalist with various newspapers and government departments in Queensland and Western Australia.

Tritia facilitates and comperes special events and conferences, most recently the inaugural Defence Fraud and Anti-Corruption Congress at Old Parliament House in Canberra organised by the Department of Defence in May.

She is also a qualified teacher and has tutored journalism students at the University of Canberra and Canberra Institute of Technology. In recent years she has taught indigenous students in Hermannsburg, NT.

Since leaving the ABC, Tritia has worked as a freelance researcher on documentaries for the ABC and the History Channel.

She is also a Public Affairs Officer with the RAAF Special Reserve and works pro bono for not-for-profit organisations, such as The Indigo Foundation.
