Fenella Kernebone is the Head of Curation for TEDxSydney responsible for leading the programming for one of the largest TEDx events in the world. She manages a team of over 20 curators and producers dedicated to spreading great ideas and strong stories in fields including science, technology, arts, business and design. Fenella is also responsible for the programming of TEDxYouth@Sydney, TEDxSydney's Salon series and Pitch Nights. She is also the Director of creative consultancy, Frankly Group working with clients to curate events, create content, presentation skills, workshops, masterclasses and more. She hosts a podcast all about storytelling called Lumina, through the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and is working on another podcast with the Art Gallery of NSW.

As a television and radio presenter and producer, Fenella has enjoyed a distinguished career working across arts, music, design and culture. Her hosting roles have included Radio National By Design; The Sound Lab on Triple J; Art Nation and Sunday Arts on ABC TV; and The Movie Show on SBS TV. Other hosting roles include guest presenting slots on ABC TVís The Mix, RNís The Inside Sleeve; ABC TVís Artscape, The J Files on Double J, RNís Weekend Arts and ABC online series, Design Shots. As the host of the TEDxSydney livestream broadcast from 2014 - 2016, Fenella anchored the live broadcast to a local and international online audience. She also hosted the TEDxSydney Adventure Series (2016 & 2017).

Fenella is the host of a podcast called Lumina through the Australia Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). The first season released in 2018 focuses on storytelling and how new technology is changing the way we tell them. In 2019, the second season focuses on the value of creative skills to the Australian economy. In 2015 and 2016 Fenella produced and presented 11 episodes of her podcast series Trackwork, interviewing Australian electronic musicians about the production process. She also hosted a season of the Sydney Opera House's podcast, It's a Long Story during the 2017 Vivid Festival interviewing musicians such as Briggs, Camp Cope, Beth Orton and others.

Fenella is also a sought after MC, presenter, interviewer and keynote speaker and has hosted countless events around the country and internationally, this includes MC for Xerocon Brisbane 2019 and 2019; TEDxSydney 2017, 2018, 2019; INDE Design Awards; the NSW, WA and National Architecture Awards; Production Design Guild Awards to name a few. She has also hosted sessions at the Sydney Opera House All About Women & Antidote Festival; Sydney Ideas; Sydneyís Architecture Festival; Skoll World Forum, Oxford UK and many many more. In December 2018, Fenella was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Trust, NSW.
