Iven Frangi

He is the co-author of 'High Tech - High Touch Selling' and has been a leading speaker on customer experiences for the last 16 years.

Iven has extensive experience in the areas of direct sales, management and marketing where the art of dealing with people is paramount. He has recently been selected by the international CEB Group, The Corporate Executive Board, based in Washington DC, to work with them on their Challenger Salesperson and Effortless Customer Experience programs. This is world leading research and training implementation.

His career in the Financial Services industry began when he joined Allan Pease as an agent at National Mutual at the age of 21. One year later Iven became one of the youngest qualifiers to the exclusive Million-Dollar Round Table.

In 1987 Iven was recruited to help set up Australia's fastest growing Insurance Company, Westpac Financial Services and as the youngest Regional Manager looked after some 50 branches and a sales team with production in excess of thirteen million dollars per year. His Westpac team had productivity 4 times the industry average.

He has an outstanding track record in establishing new companies and growing existing ones. Iven's clients include businesses, franchises, and top 500 corporations.

Iven is a graduate in Marketing from the University of Technology. He worked with Deakin University presenting their Marketing and Sales Management distance-learning program. He has earned the designation CSP - Certified Speaking Professional from the International Federation of Professional Speakers.
