Graham Harvey is a Professional Speaker, Marketing Futurist and the bestselling author of 'Seducin g the Vigilante Customer -101 winning strategies to attract and retain happy customers and healthy profits'.
He is considered one of Australasia's most experienced and respected authorities on Customer Relationship Management and Marketing.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia with a major in Tourism Management. He is currently completing a Master of Futures programme at the Graduate School of Business, Curtin University.
Born in New Zealand, he spent twelve years in the travel industry including a time as District Sales Manager for UTA French Airlines and was a Director of a successful corporate travel agency for a number of years.
During this period, Graham was a member of the National Executive of the New Zealand Export Institute, before moving to Perth and establishing his own import distribution company.
In 1986 Graham joined Success Motivation Institute and in 1987 won the coveted SMI Australasian Motivator of the Year Award.
In 1990 he founded Quantum Results, a Western Australian based management and marketing consultancy, providing consulting, speaking, training and facilitation services in the areas of strategic visioning, customer service, relationship marketing, business innovation and work/life balance.
Since then he has worked with a multitude of companies and organisations throughout the Asia Pacific region helping them grow their business by achieving greater clarity of future, building high performance work teams and developing innovative customer relationship management and marketing strategies.
With a passion for researching global business trends and an ability to make the complex simple, Graham is a dynamic speaker who challenges, empowers and inspires individuals and organisations to create, build and grow futures of greatness through vision, innovation and service.
