Roger, is on a mission to increase the productivity of your company through your people. If you want your conference to be full of life, a learning experience, lots of fun and something different - you need Roger. Roger presents popular keynotes, seminars and also acts as a conference facilitator/MC.

Roger's background includes a highly successful 19 year career with Shell, undertaking numerous roles involving increasing the productivity of people, internally and externally at all levels of the organisation. His success in developing a training programme in NZ saw him transferred with Shell to Melbourne in 1997. During the next 2 years Roger was responsible for introducing the training component (Leaders as Coaches) of the hugely successful sales expansion programme that saw incremental sales increase well over $10 million dollar per year. This led to the introduction of the Leaders as Coaches programme to over 22 Shell operating countries.

Having found his passion was working with people to increase their performance, Roger left Shell at the start of 1999 to join Productivity Increase Group, which he now owns. Over the last 8 years, he has lent his expertise to many different retail environments including Oil, Convenience, Pharmacy, Liquor, Furniture Retail, Books, Entertainment, Cafe/Restaurants, Bakery to name a few. An acknowledged global expert in the fields of coaching, customer service, selling and recruitment, he has presented to more than 5000 very satisfied and motivated participants.

It's not what he does, but how they he does it that makes the difference. During his presentations every participant will learn something new they can take back and use in their job to help them be even better than they already were. Roger is also working with the highly talented and successful businessman, Tom O'Toole from the Beechworth Bakery by facilitating a 1 day session (called Bbread) on self motivation, leadership and goal setting.
