Since 1992, Grant Cottrell has worked as a professional actor for local theatre companies including Barking Gecko and Perth Playback Theatre, as well as numerous performances for corporate events.
Grant's experience spans both scripted and non-scripted work and includes many styles including mime and characters.
He regularly works as a storyteller for children and adults in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA and is a popular choice as Santa Claus.
Grant's roles have included Master of Ceremonies, stand up comedian and facilitator, as well as various character-based performances including Manuel from "Fawlty Towers", Austin Powers and Bruce, the Aussie Bush Larrikin.
He is also a regular 'prison officer' for events held at the (now closed) Fremantle Prison. His creative and performing talents have often been utilised to create characters and presentations to suit the themes of innumerable corporate events.
