Arriving in Tasmania from his native Scotland in 1989, Gordon is a 30-year veteran of the antique industry and a panelist on ABC's The Collectors.
With an unquenchable passion for all things old, particularly Georgian furniture, Gordon prides himself in seeing the true beauty in often neglected and unappreciated castaway items.
He brings objects back to life with restorative precision and lots of tender, loving care.
Previously a regular antiques commentator, Gordon is no stranger to television; a role he enjoys in between running his own store in Hobart. He also dabbles in songwriting, and is soon to release an EP of his songs.
