Natalie Bassingthwaighte is taking Australia by storm, returning from Los Angeles to host the Australian version of So You Think You Can Dance on TEN. She has released a book, SISTAHOOD- A JOURNAL OF SELF DISCOVERY, with her sister, Nicky, published by ABC books. Natalie is almost finished her national tour with ROGUE TRADERS playing over thirty shows nationally, following the platinum sales of their latest album, Better In The Dark.

It is as the lead singer of Australia's electro rock act, Rogue Traders and as Ramsay Street's resident femme fatale, Izzy Hoyland, Natalie has enjoyed numerous nominations for Aria, Silver and Gold Logie Awards. She is an MTV and a Dolly Teen Choice Award Winner.

Natalie made her film debut in the US production, Attack on the Queen. Her television and film credits include The Lost World, When Darkness Falls, The Mystery of Natalie Wood, All Saints, The Peoples Choice Awards, Melbourne's Carols by Candlelight, Good Morning Australia, Rove Live, Sunrise, AFI Awards, Logie Awards, Aria Hall of Fame, 2006 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and Stupid Stupid Man.

Natalie played Ariel, the female lead, in the 2002 live production of Footloose and Sandy in the Australian national tour of Grease. She co - starred in Chang & Eng at the Kallang Theatre in Singapore, played June in the Australian & Asian tours of Chicago and Marks Mum in the Australian Tour of Rent. Natalie produced and starred in the Neighbours charity production of The Rocky Horror Show at Melbourne's Regent theatre for The Variety Club and Taralye School for deaf children. Natalie reprised the role of Sandy in GREASE The Arena Spectacular 2005 opposite Craig McLachlan, John Farnham, and Magda Szubanski.

In 2006 following her exit from the international series Neighbours, Natalie dedicated herself to the international release of the album Here come the Drums?. In Australia, she has enjoyed 4 x platinum sales for the album, 4 x top 20 air play songs, 2 x top 5 commercial singles, no 1 album on itunes, 2 x no 1 singles on itunes, 2 critically acclaimed national tours and seven Aria nominations. Rogue Traders single “In Love Again” was the most added track on Australian radio at the close of 2006, along side her duet with Shannon Noll , "Don't Give Up" for the charity , Beyond Blue, which sat at No.2 for ten weeks.

In the UK, The Rogue Traders quickly repeated their local success debuting at no#3 with "Voodoo Child", followed by a tour supporting UK Band Girls Aloud.

Enjoying her enormously successful and well-established career Natalie Bassingthwaighte has the respect and adoration not only from the public but also from her peers in both The Entertainment industry and the music industry, establishing herself as one of the most sought after artists in Australia today.
