Tiffiny made her television debut on the Channel Seven's Gladiators in 2008, where she starred as the charming Angel. Since Gladiators, Tiffiny's TV credits have expanded. She had a regular spot on Network The Circle, as personal trainer to Chrissie Swan (one of the Circle hosts). She has also appeared on Sunrise, WB Kids, 7pm Project, Today Tonight and Fox8.
Nicknamed the 'Health Ninja', it wasn't long until The Biggest Loser called. She is currently filming her second season of The Biggest Loser and continues to inspire her contestants to "Get their ninja on!" She empowers her contestant to lose weight, find self-esteem, gain confidence and change their lives through her holistic martial arts approach. In her first series of the show, Tiffiny trained the winner of season 6, Emma Duncan. Tiffiny has been put forward for a Logie nomination in 2012 for Most Popular New Female.
Tiffiny Hall is a radiant role model. Writer, Fifth Dan black belt, Taekwondo instructor, Biggest Loser trainer and TV presenter, she has many titles tucked under her black belt.
Hall, the most experienced female martial artist for her age, has State and National titles and has pursued a career in Taekwondo not only as a competitor but also as a performer. Daughter of an Olympic Taekwondo coach and born to a mother who is also a black belt, Tiffiny has applied the fighting spirit, focus and determination she has learnt through sport to her academic pursuits. Tiffiny finished school with a near perfect score of 98.75. She attended Melbourne University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts/Media and Communications and a Diploma of Modern Languages in French. Whilst at University she travelled extensively through Europe, completing her French degree in Paris at the UN, Centre International des Etudes Pedagogic.
Tiffiny Hall began her writing career when she won the John Marsden award for creative writing in 1996. After completing her studies, she went on to work at the Herald Sun with her own weekly column. Since then, she has freelanced for many magazines, including her own column in OK! Magazine (2011) as well as her very popular Biggest Loser blogs for the Channel Ten website that attracted more than 70,000 readers a day.
In 2009 she published her first book, How to Create the Ultimate Body and Keep It! (Wilkinson). Tiffiny published her second health book Weightloss Warrior in 2011 (HardieGrant). Fatloss for good -- the secret weapon was published 2012 (HardieGrant). Tiffiny is currently working on a cookbook of health recipes.
Although Tiffiny has a media profile as a fitness and health expert, her focus is always on her writing. In addition to her successful non-fiction titles Tiffiny has also pursued her number one passion for fiction writing. Her debut novel will be published by HarperCollins in September. The novel is part of an action adventure series. She is currently contracted to four books with HarperCollins.
Tiffiny's fiction is inspired by her connection with young people as both an Instructor and speaker. She continues to be a strong role model for health and wellness in schools. She has a busy schedule as a school speaker running school programs like 'VCE black belt', 'Eat your way to straight A's', 'Health is beautiful' and self-defence courses that she has been running for the past ten years and have quickly established her as one of the most in-demand speakers on the school circuit. Her messages of confidence and empowerment resonate with children and the school community around the country. Tiffiny is also on the corporate international speaking circuit for her 'Healthy You, Healthy Business' program and has worked for companies such as L'Oreal, Westpack, Toyota, Foodstuffs, ANZ, Telstra and OPSM to name a few.
