In Los Angeles Barbara worked with Sonny Vaccaro Sports Training for Adidas and was responsible for training amateur athletes who were being drafted into professional teams. The role-play included honing presentation skills for handling the media on all levels including TV, radio and print. She also worked as a professional actor in LA for 18 years before moving to Sydney.
Since 2002 Barbara has been involved with KPMG, doing role-play for their Senior Management Development Centres. Two years ago she joined SKM at their Development Centres combining her role-play with Real Play skills. Most recently Barbara has been working with EEK Management performing and facilitating Real Play sessions for Qantas and JetStar. Her latest real-play has been with the Johnson and Johnson Medical management team.
