Gretel Killeen's forte is humour. She is most easily recognised as the host of Big Brother, the ratings winner that was recently screened on Network 10.
Gretel also made regular appearances on Good News Week and has been a guest speaker on the Channel Nine Super Debates and the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala.
She can be heard on 2BL, Regional ABC and Austria's 2 Day FM. Gretel is the author of 18 books published both in Australia and internationally.
After cutting her teeth on stand-up comedy at the age of twenty, Gretel then went on to write and perform for 2JJJ's infamous breakfast show, Radio National, Today FM and The Doug Mulray Show on 2MMM.
The vocal skills required to perform radio comedy then launched Gretel into the world of advertising voice work, an area she still works in today as one of the industry's pre-eminent performers.
She regularly contributes humorous articles for all of Australia's leading publications and is currently working on two new television projects.
She is the author of eight books (three of which are best sellers) and is currently writing her first "serious" novel.
Gretel's speaking skills were honed as a student whilst both a member of The Australian Debating Team and Captain of the NSW Debating Team.
