Presentation Topic:

A matter of Laugh or Death - 5 ways to keep your sanity and humour under pressure.

There's an old saying that if you don't laugh you go mad.

So it's crucial we learn to laugh now, before we get to the slightly crazy stage.

For example, what drives you crazy at work and in your life and what are you going to do about it?

Change jobs, increase your medication or face it head on and learn how to laugh your way to sanity?

If you are looking for a speaker who will bring humour, energy, and great learning to your next event, then you are in the right place.

In this presentation Malcolm explains how we can stay healthy, deal with those things that drive us crazy and all the while laugh our way to good health.

A matter of Laugh or Death is engaging, humorous and honest.

Oh and furthermore, Laughter:

- Has a significant positive impact on our physical and mental wellbeing
- Improves workplace and personal relationships
- Lowers blood pressure and improves memory and cognitive function
- Keeps us fit - One minute of laughter is the equivalent of 10 minutes on a rowing machine
- And finally laughter relieves depression, boosts the immune system and best of all, laughter has no harmful side effects
