Simon combines his commitment to research and evidence-driven insights with a grounded approach that is steeped in on-the-ground experience in both education and business. Simon holds Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Teaching and did his graduate studies in education at the University of Oxford, and as a Gates Scholar at the University of Cambridge.
