Melissa Hoyer is one of Australia's leading and most respected lifestyle, travel, style and entertainment commentators, brand ambassadors, keynote speakers and content-makers.

She was the features, fashion and social editor on both the Daily and Sunday Telegraph�s, during her tenure at News Limited, proving her journalistic credentials and all-important, immediate nose-for-news.

After those roles at News Limited, Melissa honed her digital skills early on and then moved into the all-important and ever pervasive digital media sphere when she was appointed an editor-at-large for www.news.com.au

In the television world, Melissa created, executive produced and presented Fox Fashion, going on to co-host a similar show with Hugh Jackman. Melissa also hosted Arena Style on Foxtel's Arena, a series she co-hosted with Australian designer Jodhi Meares and has been guest judge on Foxtel fashion reality shows like Project Runway and Australia�s Next Top Model.

As well as her writing and TV work, Melissa his regularly called upon as a commentator on broader, pop culture issues for radio _ particularly KISSFM, the ABC�s 702, 2UE, 2WSFM and 2GB _ and TV shows like Sunrise, Today, A Current Affair, The Morning Show, The Daily Edition, Weekend Sunrise, 20-to-1, the ABC�s Australian Story and has been part of Paul Murray Live - the regular news and politics-based nightly panel show on Sky News.

As an in-demand MC and keynote speaker, Melissa has fronted numerous events, as diverse as the Smirnoff fashion awards to Vogue Fashion�s Night Out, AMP Retail Capital, Westfield, the Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth Fashion Festivals, the Magic Millions on the Gold Coast; Jigsaw, Sportscraft, Clairol and Max Factor launch events, Proctor & Gamble beauty seminars, Specsavers, Princess Cruises and has hosted on behalf of the Australian Jockey Club. Melissa is also the female ambassador for the Waratahs rugby team and often speaks at events designed to encourage more female support within the game.

Her philanthropic work is satisfied by hosting various fundraising events for the Sydney Children�s Hospital, the Exodus Foundation, the Cancer Foundation and the For a Cure Foundation, raising funds for stem cell research in the hope of curing cancer.
