Megan Dalla-Camina is a global thought leader in women’s leadership, wellbeing and empowerment. She is the best selling author of Getting Real About Having It All and Lead Like A Woman, with her third book, Simple Soulful Sacred, to be published in March 2019. As an entrepreneur, speaker and strategist dedicated to helping women rise, Megan supports women to step into their power, create what they truly want and make a lasting difference in the world.

As well as running her own successful business as a strategist, writer and speaker, she is the Co-Founder/CEO of women’s leadership company Lead Like A Woman, and Founder and Creator of Sacred Living, a lifestyle site for women who are longing to find more simplicity and ease in their lives (coming August 2018). Her greatest
passions include helping women create true wellbeing, an abundant and empowered mindset and live a purposeful life. Through her work with dozens of organisations on leadership, women's development and diversity and inclusion, Megan is passionate about busting the rhetoric that keeps us stuck, asking new questions, and getting to the heart of what creates real change.

Megan had a long executive career, heading up strategy, gender diversity, leadership, and as an award winning marketing director in companies including PwC, GE and IBM. She fuelled her love of learning by completing two Masters degrees (one in business + one in wellness/positive psychology) and doing half of her PhD in feminine power before she gave it up to focus on her businesses and book writing (an interesting story in itself).

Megan blends science, spirit and experience to drive results that matter. Her work has been referred to by Forbes as “brave” and by Naomi Wolf as “refreshing”. Her speaking clients refer to her as "The voice of now" (AMP Amplify Festival), "Persuasive and powerful" (Women's Agenda), "The real deal" (Deborah Hutton) and "Inspiring" (Elle Magazine).

From her work leading strategy, leadership and gender diversity for IBM, being an inaugural implementation leader in the Male Champions of Change with Elizabeth Broderick, to now being a thriving entrepreneur helping organisations ignite leadership and women unlock their potential, Megan has a unique perspective on women's leadership and empowerment that she loves bringing to audiences through her keynotes, interviews, panel discussions and workshops. Her work and writing has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Fast Company, Huffington Post, Psychology Today, NBC, Fox Business, CBS News, Marie Claire, Elle, Wellbeing, Womens Agenda and more. Megan also writes her Real Women blog for Psychology Today which reaches millions of people around the world.
