Simon Rountree is a recognised expert in workplace change, resilience and wellbeing and is passionate about providing evidence based, simple and practical tools to allow individuals and teams to flourish through uncertainty and volatility. He has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people internationally and is highly acclaimed for his unique style that is interactive, entertaining and engaging.

As an early adopter of practices to create mentally healthy workplaces Simon created Australia�s first measurable, evidence based corporate wellbeing program based on psychology, neuroscience and organisational behaviours. He took Camp Quality from the verge of bankruptcy to become Australia�s largest and most trusted children�s charity and in doing so along the way increased revenue, brand recognition and service delivery that supported a few thousand children a year to over 250,000 children each year.

As founder of Change Ready he is dedicated to researching, training and working with individuals, teams and organisations to develop resiliency and grit, improve wellbeing and create innovative, agile and change ready workforces.

He has worked across many industries such as Disney, ELGAS, NRL, Attorney Generals Dept, LEGO, UNSW and the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme.

His topics cover the areas of building resilience to create high performing teams, corporate wellbeing that improves your bottom line, creating sustainable change within the workplace, building great teams and engaged cultures and transformational leadership.

He is regularly featured in the media having appeared on Channel 7�s Sunrise, Channel 9�s Today Show and National News as well as Sky News. He was a was a finalist in the Pride of Australia Medal (Daily Telegraph), has been featured in numerous books and has authored two books with his second book (Build The Person You Want To Be � Exisle Publishing) released in October 2018. Simon lives with his partner and their two children in Sydney.
