Ariarne Titmus OAM is the reigning Olympic champion in the women's 200 metre and 400 metre freestyle, winning both at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. She is the world record holder in the long course and short course 400 metre freestyle.

Titmus has amassed several accolades and achievements in her short international career. Her breakout 2018 season included multiple national titles, three Commonwealth Games gold meals and two silver medals at the Pan Pacific Championships.

Titmus is also the Australian record holder in the women's 400m and 800m freestyle. She also holds the Commonwealth Record in the 200m freestyle and 400m freestyle and is only the second woman to swim sub 4 minutes in a regulation textile suit.

Ariarne juggles between training and studying for a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science degree. She is a keen foodie and is passionate about health and fitness.
