Jeff Watson has thirty years experience as a journalist, author and film producer both in Australia and the UK.
He is best known for the television programme Beyond 2000 but has also contributed to the travel programmes Holiday and Getaway, Four Corners, This Day Tonight and Sixty Minutes.
He has made and presented corporate films for clients including Apple, IBM, Daimler-Benz, Jaguar, Ansett, Qantas, The NSW Electricity Commission, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and Samsung.
He has written and presented many documentaries on science and technology subjects including Spitfire Over Australia (ABC, Discovery Channel), Kittyhawk (Nine Network), and The Last Plane Out of Berlin (ABC, History Channel).
Jeff is the author of two books The Best of Travellers Tales (Allen & Unwin) and Heads I Win (Angus and Robertson).
He is in demand as an after dinner speaker and compere, specialising in travel and technology. In 1996 he was created a Chevalier of the Order of Merit by President Mitterrand of France.
