Jodie's business Armore Service Development was established 1994, and has grown to become the sales and service training consultancy of choice for some of the most prestigious and successful organisations.

Jodie was a Senior Lecturer at Macleay College, Sydney, for 10 years in the Faculties of Business, Real Estate, Travel & Tourism & Hospitality Management.
