Peter Ring served in the Royal Australian Air Force as a fighter and helicopter pilot, including both wartime and peacekeeping duties.
He completed extensive tertiary-level training in leadership and management at the Air Force Staff College, and later joined the faculty there.
He was awarded the Air Force Cross in 1971 and the Order of Australia in 1979, both for Leadership.
In 1987, Peter co-founded "Silver Wattle", a communication and leadership live-in training centre. He also co-founded a unique Communication and Leadership Development concept. The Learning concepts were based on those used in Aircraft Simulators.
This concept was used with Youth at Risk with huge success and also became a tried and true way for Businesses to accelerate their Bottom Line Performance.
This concept is still working very successfully with many Australian companies and organisations, many elite-level sporting teams, and overseas companies from NZ to China.
Peter relates in a very strong and humorous way of life that is very different. He is filled with a passion about life and speaks about his adventures in a way that brings you along for the journey.
