Arguably one of the most charismatic figures in Australian sport, Wendell Sailor is an exceptional sportsman who is revered as one of the greatest rugby league and rugby union wingers Australia has ever produced.

Currently playing for the St.George Dragons in the NRL, Wendell has a phenomenal strike rate of 126 tries in 210 NRL games. He has represented Queensland in 17 State of Origin matches and Australia in 21 Rugby League test matches, being awarded the Player of the Final in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.

He has also reached the pinnacle in Rugby Union, playing 56 Super 14 matches for the Queensland Reds and the New South Wales Waratahs as well as 37 Test matches for the Wallabies. His exceptional strike power helped the Wallabies reach the final of Rugby World Cup 2003.

Over the years, the giant winger has kept the gift of speed, scoring countless long distance tries. One thing unable to be included on the scoreboard is his immense contribution to the excitement factor of every team he plays for.
