Trisha Crowe was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree and a Bachelor of Arts (Performance). She studied with renowned opera diva Rita Hunter.

Her stage credits include Masterpiece The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber,which was performed for the President of China in the Great Hall of the People, and Cameron Mackintosh's Oliver! in Australia and Asia. She also created the lead role, Bridie O'Malley, in the Australian musical Eureka!, directed by Gale Edwards. A performance that was reviewed in Melbourne's Age Newspaper:

"the winning performances of Gleeson and Crowe stamp them as young stars on the fast track to the top"

Working in London, she joined the company of actors at Regent's Park, where she appeared in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night and the relatively unknown Cymbeline.

Trisha's solo concert appearances include Showstoppers with the Sydney Symphony, Broadway Showstoppers with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and Songs from the Movies with the Sydney Symphony and other solo artists, Kate Ceberano, Todd McKenney and Anthony Calea.
More recently Trisha has been more notable for her work with charity concerts and music therapy programs, including Hat's off (Equity Fights AIDS), Light the Night (The Leukaemia Foundation), Olivia Newton-John and Friends Gala Concert at the State Theatre (Sydney) and MBF music 4 health with the Sydney Symphony, in which she had the privilege of creating and performing several concerts for Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children.
