Prolific author Lola has written eight books ï¿½ The 20/20 Diet, Inspiring Ingredients, The 20/20 Diet Cookbook, The Happy Cookbook, Lola Berryï¿½s Little Book of Smoothies and Juices was released on 1 November 2015 with Pan Macmillan Australia and her sixth book, the second installment of The Happy Cookbook titled The Happy Life was released February, 2016. The Happy Cookbook was also released in the USA in July 2016 which has now sold over 60,000 copies. Lola Berryï¿½s Summer Food book was released November 2016.
Lola has her eighth book Food to Make You Glow which was released 1 March 2017, a nutritionistï¿½s guide to eating for wellness with 90 delicious wholefood recipes.
Lolaï¿½s colourful approach to nutrition is supported by the Bachelor of Health Science she completed at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where she majored in Nutritional Medicine. Further adding to her holistic health credentials, Lola is also an accredited yoga teacher.
