Bridget is a 36 year-old award-winning and pioneering entrepreneur and one of the
most accomplished young leaders of our time.

Australian born, Bridget mainly grew up on a sheep farm in Ireland. She lived/worked/studied in France, Hong Kong, Ireland. Bridget returned to Sydney and
in 2010 joined Bain & Company, where she advised ASX 50 CEOs. In 2013, she left to create Expert360. Today, Expert360 is Australia’s #1 skilled talent platform connecting more than 1000 companies with more than 40,000 elite consultants,
project managers, data analysts and developers.

Expert360 has been recognised as a game-changing platform by, among others, Harvard Business Review and the Economist and, for her role in building Expert360,
Bridget has won numerous accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, Women’s Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, AFR Top 100 Women of Influence in Australia and FutureMakers list of Australia’s top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs under 25. In 2020 Bridget was appointed to the Board of Telstra, becoming the youngest independent director of an ASX20 company to date. In 2023, Bridget helped Telstra create the first director parental leave policy of any $20B+ listed company in the world.

Bridget has also cofounded & chairs a female healthcare business, Lowanna.

Bridget cares about social Justice. Bridget sits on the National Foster Care Group Board. Bridget and her partner are foster carers and started the Charity BestLifeCo to ensure every child in Foster Care has a safe and supportive start to life.
