Isaiah is a strong advocate for Indigenous children in Out of Home Care and showing that 'Its not what you know, it is what you do that matters'.

Isaiah is the CEO and founder of ID. Know Yourself, the first Aboriginal led organisation delivering 1:1 mentoring and support coordination to Aboriginal children and young people in contact with the Out of Home Care and Juvenile Justice system in New South Wales. As Founder and CEO of ID. Know Yourself, Isaiah is determined to impact the lives of the 22,000 Aboriginal children in Out of Home Care, their purpose is to break the cycle of intergenerational trauma and disadvantage by establishing belonging, discovering purpose and empowering positive choices.

This infused passion is derived from his own experience growing up with disadvantage in foster care for 18 of his childhood and shifting through multiple foster homes.

Isaiah has worked at the Australian Human Rights Commission, Lendlease and the AFL. He has studied at Charles Sturt University, gaining a diploma in workforce essentials and has completed a certificate III in Vocational and Study Pathways, with also completing training Introduction to Trauma Informed Care and Practice with Blu Knot.

Isaiah was the finalist for the 2019 NSW / ACT Channel 7 Young Achiever Awards and was the winner of the 2017 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander TAFE NSW student of the year and was the overall TAFE NSW student graduate of the year, being the first Indigenous person to do so.

Isaiah has represented his community at the National Indigenous Youth Parliament, bringing home the major award of Positive Influence and represented in Australia in America amongst 9 young Indigenous Leaders chosen by the National Congress of the Australia's first Peoples. Isaiah was a part of the first Aboriginal team to sail in the prestigious Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race and the Sydney to Gold Coast race, Isaiah was previously selected by Prime Minister and Cabinet to attend the World Indigenous Business Conference in New Zealand.

Isaiah believes that 'it doesn't matter what you know, what matters is what you do'.
