Dr. Clark Perry is a Director in the rogenSi North American practice based in New York City.
Clark is an internationally recognised specialist in leadership execution, team development, cultural change and exceptional performance. Having spent 30 years in Australia and the US working with elite sporting teams (psychologist at four Olympic Games), leading a national law firm and mentoring many of the nations top executives and teams, Clark has built a reputation as a practical and engaging consultant and presenter.
Clark holds a BA in Psychology from the College of New Jersey, and an MEd and PhD in Performance Psychology from Temple University. He is a registered Psychologist and was recognised by the Queen with the Australian Sports Medal for his contribution to sport.
His research into the mindset of the exceptional performer has led to the rogenSi models of Mental Toughness and Exceptional Performing Teams.
Clark has the ability to influence and gain credibility with senior level executives and elite performers. His passionate approach, experience and knowledge has been described as infectious and hands-on leading to ‘real’ sustainable change, both individually and across organisations.
He works with international C-level executives and companies from around the world across all industries, as well as professional and Olympic sporting teams, individuals and coaches.
